With significant growth in recent years, Infinity discovered some areas of their business process that were ripe for optimization. Trinamic Digital was able to leverage web technology and step-in to provide a comprehensive internal web application that alleviates the pain points in their business process mentioned above. By managing business operations within a custom database and application while displaying data directly from their ERP system, Infinity is now able to simultaneously improve the visibility into their data and the integrity of the data Infinity employees create. By leveraging Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Great Plains, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory Authentication and Windows Scheduled tasks, Infinity has been able to optimize the technology available to them and benefit. The web application has resulted in a more effective use of employees’ time while gaining insight into Infinity business processes.
