Custom Fleet Maintenance is an established provider of 24/7 Semi Truck, Trailer and Reefer Unit repair services.  CFM required a new invoicing application to fuel their business – Trinamic Digital Solutions stepped in to assist.

After analyzing the Custom Fleet Business process, Trinamic Digital Solutions was able to assess choke points and better leverage technology to track the process of repairing a customer’s vehicle from call to final invoice.  The completed project is an internal web application with some fancy features:

• Login and Roles for Custom Fleet Employees and Administrators.
• Tracking of invoices throughout the ‘Lifecycle’ of a work order.
• PDF printable invoice generation for invoices created in the web application.
• Reporting functionality for data gathered within the invoicing application.
