Custom Fleet Maintenance is a large scale semi-truck maintenance company that serves the Southeastern Wisconsin area. Custom Fleet Maintenance has grown substantially in the recent years and in order to improve their business operations and leverage their existing technology for their benefit Custom Fleet decided to invest and develop a web application to improve their work-order entry and approval process.
Custom Fleet also uses Sage 300 ERP to store and manage company customer and financial data. The web application built by Trinamic Digital interfaces with Sage by pulling part, employee, vehicle and other work-order meta data in an attempt to improve data integrity and minimize errors on the work-order forms. Departing from the paper copies of the work-order forms should greatly benefit Custom Fleet now and into the future.
